Maintained and monitored all 9 location pages on Facebook. This included daily posts, informing customers about opening and closing, as well as sharing content that customers posted on social media platforms. The consistent voice and posts helped Boiling Crab amass 100k likes on Facebook w/ select Boiling Crab locations being the top 10 most checked in restaurants on Valentine's Day. 

 
 
 

Linked with the design team to best represent Boiling Crab's brand image and visuals through a newly designed menu that incorporated elements of seafood. Placement, photography, and design was crucial to deliver in a simple manner that made ordering easier in a restaurant that's full of rustle and bustle on a daily basis. 

 

Managed Yelp reviews submitted by customer's about their experiences at Boiling Crab. Monitored spam reviews, positive reviews, and negative reviews that were accumulated and reported to the corporate company for improvement. This process helped the company stay in the loop of positive and negative feedback for their locations spread out in California as well as Texas.
